These ideas have been developed, and this webpage has been created by, Johan Rune. While working in a large building in Sweden, where several businesses shared a warehouse on the ground floor, I couldn't help but notice the numerous Muslims heading into one of the two prayer rooms. Several women were dressed in Muslim attire. A Muslim colleague of mine occasionally prayed visibly and audibly in the work area. I realized how noticeable Islam was in these practices. For Muslims, these actions symbolized submission: the physical part of prayers were a form of submission to God, and their clothing may have represented submission. I was reflecting, Islam is very successful and strong, and is going to grow increasingly around the world. I was thinking, how can Christianity compete with Islam, and be successful? The concept of Power Christianity emerged as the answer.
I am an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Sweden.
I have also developed ideas about political power, which are explored on another webpage that can be accessed from here (in Swedish):
